By accessing or using this website, submitting an inquiry, requesting a quote, or otherwise interacting with BOXHAUS, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the website.
You may use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not interfere with the operation or security of the website, attempt unauthorized access to any portion of the website, misuse its content, or use the website in a manner that could damage BOXHAUS or others.

BOXHAUS® Products & Services
BOXHAUS develops design-forward modular environments utilizing shipping containers and other prefabricated construction methods for residential, commercial, hospitality, recreational, and specialty applications.
Products, configurations, dimensions, materials, finishes, features, specifications, availability, pricing, production schedules, and services shown on this website are subject to change.
Renderings, photographs, floor plans, diagrams, animations, specifications, and other visual materials may depict conceptual designs, optional features, upgraded finishes, landscaping, furnishings, fixtures, equipment, or other elements that are not included with a standard BOXHAUS product.
Final project scope will be governed by the applicable proposal, estimate, purchase agreement, construction agreement, invoice, or other written agreement between BOXHAUS and the customer.
Quotes, Deposits & Payments
Website content does not constitute a binding offer or guarantee of pricing.
Pricing may vary depending on project specifications, customization, engineering requirements, site conditions, transportation, installation, permitting requirements, material costs, taxes, and other project-specific factors.
Quotes are valid only for the period specified in the applicable proposal or agreement.
Deposits, payment schedules, cancellation provisions, refund eligibility, and other financial terms will be established in the applicable project agreement. Because BOXHAUS products may be custom-designed, engineered, fabricated, or procured for an individual customer, certain deposits and payments may become non-refundable once design, engineering, procurement, or fabrication has commenced.
Project Timelines
Any production, delivery, installation, permitting, or completion timeframe provided on the website or during preliminary discussions is an estimate unless expressly guaranteed in a signed written agreement.
Project schedules may be affected by design revisions, engineering, permitting authorities, inspections, site preparation, material availability, transportation, weather, utility coordination, labor availability, governmental requirements, force majeure events, and other circumstances outside the reasonable control of BOXHAUS.
Site Conditions & Customer Responsibilities
Unless otherwise stated in a written project agreement, the customer is responsible for ensuring that the intended project site is suitable and legally available for the proposed BOXHAUS installation.
Site-specific requirements may include surveys, soil testing, foundations, grading, drainage, utility connections, accessibility for transportation and lifting equipment, setbacks, zoning approvals, homeowners’ association approvals, permits, inspections, and other governmental or private approvals.
Additional costs resulting from undisclosed or unforeseen site conditions may require a revised proposal or change order.
Permits, Codes & Regulatory Approval
Modular and shipping-container construction requirements vary significantly by jurisdiction.
The customer is responsible for confirming applicable zoning, land-use restrictions, building codes, permitting requirements, homeowners’ association requirements, and other local regulations unless BOXHAUS expressly agrees in writing to provide those services.
No design, rendering, estimate, or preliminary proposal constitutes a representation or guarantee that a project will receive governmental, zoning, building, engineering, or other regulatory approval.
Projects requiring architectural or engineering services may require review, modification, and certification by appropriately licensed professionals for the applicable jurisdiction.
Design Changes & Change Orders
Changes requested after approval of a project scope, design, engineering package, material selection, or production authorization may affect pricing and scheduling.
BOXHAUS may require a written change order and additional payment before implementing requested modifications.
Certain modifications may not be possible after fabrication, procurement, or other production activities have begun.
Transportation, Delivery & Installation
Delivery and installation requirements depend on the product, destination, site accessibility, and project scope.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate site information and identifying conditions that may affect delivery, including road restrictions, overhead utilities, gates, trees, slopes, underground utilities, access limitations, crane requirements, or other obstacles.
Additional transportation, crane, storage, redelivery, site-preparation, or installation costs resulting from inaccurate or incomplete site information may be charged to the customer where permitted by the applicable agreement.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, all content associated with BOXHAUS—including the BOXHAUS® name and branding, product concepts, designs, drawings, floor plans, renderings, photographs, graphics, text, layouts, specifications, presentations, videos, and website content—is owned by or licensed to BOXHAUS and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
No BOXHAUS content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, published, sold, reverse engineered, commercially exploited, or used to create derivative products or designs without prior written authorization.
Submission of an inquiry, purchase of a product, or engagement of BOXHAUS does not transfer ownership of BOXHAUS intellectual property unless expressly provided in a signed written agreement.
Conceptual Renderings & AI-Generated Imagery
Certain images, environments, architectural visualizations, or marketing materials displayed by BOXHAUS may be digitally rendered, composited, enhanced, or generated with the assistance of artificial-intelligence technologies.
Such materials are intended to communicate design concepts and may not represent exact construction details, dimensions, materials, site conditions, code requirements, or final delivered products.
Final specifications are determined exclusively by approved project documentation and applicable written agreements.
Trademarks
BOXHAUS® and associated names, logos, product names, trade dress, graphics, and brand elements are trademarks or other proprietary assets of their respective owners.
Nothing on this website grants any license or right to use BOXHAUS trademarks without prior written permission.
